Dr. Matthew J.G. Cazan, a lieutenant colonel in the 512th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, conducts a physical on Staff Sgt. James Mullin, 46th Aerial Port Squadron. The doctor travels 1,600 miles from South Dakota to Dover Air Force Base, Del., to fulfill his Reserve duties as a flight surgeon. The doctor works at Rosebud Indian Health Services, S.D., providing health care to the approximately 21,000 Lakota Sioux who live on the 922,759-acre Rosebud Indian Reservation.
