DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Col. Randal L. Bright, 512th Airlift Wing commander, spoke during a Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve event at Lowe's in Middletown, Del., Jan. 22. Those in attendence pledged the support of Lowe's to it's military members who work for the company.
