DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Col. Randal L. Bright, commander of the Air Force Reserve's 512th Airlift Wing, spoke to members of Lowe's human resources department in Middletown, Del., Jan. 22. During the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve event, the Lowe's employees signed a pledge to support their fellow employees who are members of the Guard and Reserve.
