Dover crew chief earns command safety award

Tech. Sgt. James Blake, 512th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, exits a C-5 aircraft. Sergeant Blake was named Air Force Reserve Command's Ground Safety Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for 2008. The award recognizes outstanding achievements in ground safety between Oct. 1, 2007 and Sept. 30, 2008. Sergeant Blake was named the Ground Safety Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for Dover Air Force Base and 22nd Air Force prior to winning at AFRC level.
