Senior NCO of the Year

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Master Sgt. Terry Archer, 512th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron avionics modernization program manager, was selected as the 512th Airlift Wing's Senior NCO of the Year for 2008. Sergeant Archer has been involved with training both Reservists and National Guardsmen on the C-5 avionics modernization program. He is currenly pursuing a master's degree in avionics management.
