DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Senior Airman Richard Bergante, 512th Airlift Wing Security Forces Squadron, spends quality time with his family before leaving Dover AFB for Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, in January. The 512th AW implemented the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program for Air Force reservists such as Airman Bergante and his family. In October 2008, the Secretary of Defense approved the program for implementation at all Reserve and National Guard units. The program provides information, services, referral, and community and employer outreach programs to all Reserve and guard members and their families through all phases of the deployment cycle.
