A Dover Air Force Base, Del., Air Force Reserve aircrew with the 326th Airlift Squadron picked up an ExPRESS Logistics Carrier at Andrews Air Force Base, Md., March 21 and flew it to the Kennedy Space Center, Fla., for transport to the International Space Station via the Space Shuttle this fall. ELCs are unpressurized facilities attached to the ISS and are used for science experiments, storage devices and for electrical power. The crew was, from left to right, Col.
