Senior Airman Della Miller, 512th Aerospace Ground Equipment, tightens a bolt on a B-1 stand, which is used by crewchiefs when working on the aircraft. The Air Force Reserve's 512th Airlift Wing selected her and another wing Airman to attended the 77th Annual League of United Latin American Citizens National Convention and Exposition in Milwaukee, Wis. Each year, more than 10,000 people attend the convention. The event highlights issues that Hispanics face in America and sponsors career development workshops and seminars and hosts a career fair, college fair and youth conference.
