Staff Sgt. James Black, along with 12 members from the 512th Security Forces Squadron, returned from a deployment to Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, in July. This was the first deployment for the Lower Merion, Penn., policeman who enlisted into the Air Force Reserve in 2004.
