DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- The 512th Airlift Wing, an associate Reserve unit of Air Force Reserve Command, teamed up with the 436th AW to give honorary commanders an orientation flight aboard the C-5 Galaxy May 17. Col. Chad Manske, 436th AW vice commander, explains the air refueling process to Russell Larson, the Controller General for the State of Delaware and 709th Airlift Squadron honorary commander.
