Dover welcomes fourth C-17
DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Dover Air Force Base officials welcome the arrival of the base's fourth C-17 Globemaster III Thursday afternoon. Maj. Gen. Hanferd "Rusty" J. Moen Jr., the director of Intelligence, Air, Space and Information Operations for Air Force Reserve Command at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., was the delivery official for the aircraft.
