Senior Master Sgt. Jeffrey Smith (front left), holds a certificate awarded to members of the 506th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq. Beside him, also holding a certificate, is the 506th ECES Commander Maj. David Walker.
