Remembering Dover's History
The 512th Airlift Wing Vice Commander Col. Michael T. Fitzhenry (far right) joined other wing members in participating in the Old Dover Days parade May 1 in historic Dover, Del. The Liberty Belle, T-37 aircraft, was also featured in the parade. In its 77th year, Old Dover Days offers a glimpse of the state capital and features a parade, maypole dancing, walking tours, entertainment, art, crafts and food. More than 1,800 reservists serve in the 512th AW, which flies the C-17 Globemaster III and C-5 Galaxy. The wing is the only Air Force Reserve unit in Delaware. (U.S. Air Force photo/Capt. Marnee A.C.
