DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del.- Tech. Sgt. David Jackson (left), an air reserve technician with the 512th Logistics Readiness Flight here, trains his troop Staff Sgt. James Steinbrueck, 512th LRF Fuels training monitor, on the proper testing procedures for a fuel system icing inhibitor analysis, which lowers the freezing point of small quantities of free water in fuel. Sergeant Jackson was nominated as Air Force Reserve Command's representative for the 2010 Airlift Tanker Association Young Leadership Award for the NCO catagory in June.
