Operation Bold Alligator 2012
Members of the Coast Guard Port Security Unit 308 walk across the tarmac Jan. 28, 2012, at Stennis International Airport, Miss., in support of Operation Bold Alligator 2012. The team boarded a C-5M Super Galaxy, flown by members of the Air Force Reserve Command's 512th Airlift Wing, based at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Operation Bold Alligator, which takes place off the coasts of Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida, is the largest amphibious assault exercise in a decade.
