Officer promotions announced

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Six Liberty Wing members have been selected for promotion.

To the rank of lieutenant colonel are:
- Keith Ensor, 326th Airlift Squadron;
- Lenonie Hanley, 512th Aerospace Medicine Squadron;
- Richard Mader, 709th AS;
- Wanda Pennington, 512th AMDS; and
- Gregory Kuzma, 46th Aerial Port Squadron.

To the rank of captain is:
- Rachelle Slade, 512th Logistics Readiness Squadron.
