Heart Link, an orientation program for spouses associated with the Air Force for five years or less, is scheduled from 5:30 – 9 p.m., Oct. 10, 2013, at the Landings, Dover Air Force Base, Del. Free childcare is provided. Workshops cover topics ranging from protocol to TRICARE, and an information fair addresses subjects ranging from colleges to children's programs.
