DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- The 512th Airlift Wing Public Affairs Office is scheduled to launch the PA Productivity Portal March 1, 2025, to manage work orders for general PA support on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.
Services such as photographic, video, flyovers, tour and presentation requests can now be requested in the PA Productivity Portal, or P3. A link to the P3 customer service portal can be found on the 512th AW’s website homepage.
"Whether you're requesting photography support for a retirement ceremony, an official portrait or help with a community engagement event, P3 streamlines the process," said 2nd Lt. Zachary Cacicia, 512th PA Officer. "The P3 system is an innovative way to improve efficiency in the Public Affairs career field."
The P3 is a mission-management tool for Department of the Air Force public communications professionals to receive and manage support requests, coordinate timely operations, track equipment acquisition and usage, plan targeted communications and centralize operational analysis.
The 512th PA Office is part of a beta test of the P3 system, as one of a handful of units selected in the Air Force Reserve Command for an initial test use phase.
Requests made in P3 replace the submission of Air Force Form 833, Multimedia Work Order and submission of 512th PA’s previous electronic form.
