DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. --  U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Anita West-Werner, 512th Operations Group, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, gets drenched by family and friends after her final flight June 7, 2022. A final flight, also known as fini-flight, is a tradition for pilots and some aircrew members who are retiring or moving to another base.
