DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. --  Senior Master Sgt. Jeffrey Smith (front left), holds a certificate awarded to members of the 506th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq. Beside him, also holding a certificate, is the 506th ECES Commander Maj. David Walker. The U.S. Army recognized the CE team for crane and forklift support as well as their assistance in transporting modular trailers. Sergeant Smith and Master Sgt. Antonio Bray (back row, second from right) are 512th Civil Engineer Squadron members currently deployed to Kirkuk RAB.
