Recognition for Service
Col. Randal L. Bright, 512th Airlift Wing commander, presents Chief Master Sgt. Caroline E. Miller-Horton, 512th Force Support Squadron, with a pin and certificate in recognition of her 16 years of service to the Air Force upon her retirement scheduled for April 4, 2012. Miller-Horton is an Air Reserve Technician. She works as civil service employee during the week in the same job she holds as a reservist on unit training assembly weekends. ARTs are the full-time backbone of the unit training program, providing day-to-day leadership, administrative and logistical support, and operational continuity for their units. More than 15 percent of all reservists are ARTs. (U.S. Air Force photo by Capt. Marnee A.C. Losurdo)
