Virginia Carson Tree Dedication
Col. Brian Eddy, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations commander, speaks at a tree dedication ceremony Dec. 17, 2020 at the Air Mobility Command at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The ceremony celebrated the life of Carson, a prominent Delaware educator who passed away Sept. 3, 2019. Carson’s husband was a civilian mortician for the United States Air Force for whom the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations facility is named after - The Charles C.
