Dover Air Force Base hosted an assumption of command ceremony as Col. Eric J. Rivero assumed command of the 512th Airlift Wing, Dover Delaware. Maj. Gen. Scott Durham, 4th Air Force commander presided over the ceremony in from of the wing, friends and family.
