Weather Delay

Due to potential inclement weather tomorrow, only mission essential level-one, emergency and essential personnel, need to report to work from midnight to 2 p.m. An update is expected no later than noon tomorrow regarding extending the MEL restriction past 2 p.m. via the base hotline at 302-677-BASE. If the restriction is lifted for work schedules past 2 p.m., Col. D. Scott Durham, 512th Airlift Wing commander, has authorized liberal leave for Liberty Wing civilians. Safety is the top priority. All should take care to prevent mishaps. Make the conservative choice when operating in and around snow and ice. Flooding should also be considered a risk for those in low-lying areas
