A C-5M Super Galaxy aircraft taxis with other C-5Ms in the background Nov. 2, 2015, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Dover is home to the Air Forces’ only isochronal maintenance facility for C-5 aircraft, some of which were experiencing smoke in the cockpit after completing ISO maintenance.
