Senior Airman Marc Anderson, a 326th Airlift Squadron loadmaster and reservist at Dover Air Force Base, Del., assists with loading the 17 foot, 6 inch wide and 41,000 pound ExPRESS Logistics Carrier at Andrews Air Force Base, Md., March 21. The ELC took five hours to load in the 18-feet wide bay of the C-17 and was transported to the Kennedy Space Center, Fla., for delivery to the International Space Station this fall.
