Fit Test
Alok Kumar, a contracted engineer, takes measurements of a C-17, which was towed into Hangar 945 at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Measurements were taken of the aperture of the tail of the C-17 in order for engineers to construct a set of doors for Hangar 945 that will accommodate both the C-17 and C-5. The 512th Airlift Wing's 326th Airlift Squadron and the 436th AW's 9th AS will fly the C-17s. The first of 13 C-17s is slated for arrival at Dover late next year. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt.
