Myles Murphy, 6, salutes 512th Airlift Wing Vice Commander Col. Michael T. Fitzhenry during the wing commander's call Aug. 1 at the Eagle's Nest picnic area here. Myles, son of Lt. Col. Myles Murphy, 512th Mission Support Group deputy commander, was one of almost 40 children who participated in the Galaxy Adventure. This event was hosted by the 512th AW Airman and Familiy Readiness office. Children received a base tour and participated in the commanders call where they were Colonel Fitzhenry gave them a coin in front of the wing. Colonel Fitzhenry is commanding the Liberty Wing for Col. Randal L. Bright, 512th AW commander, who is deployed to Southwest Asia. After the commanders call, the wing then held is biannual picnic.
