Lucky Liberty Belle
Col. Ronald A. Rutland, 512th Airlift Wing commander and co-pilot Col. Sam Cox, 436th AW commander represent Dover Air Force Base at the city's 14th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 17. The two rode in the Reserve wing's Liberty Belle, an actual T-37 which has modified parade wings. More than 1,200 people lined Loockerman St. despite frigid temperatures to see Irish-themed bands, groups and car clubs. The 512th AW is an Air Force Reserve Command unit.
