Senator signs statement of support
DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. --
U.S. Senator for Delaware Tom Carper (sitting center) signed the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve's Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve March 19 in Wilmington, Del. On hand to witness the event was Maj. Gen. Francis Vavala, Delaware's Adjutant General, and Col. Randal L. Bright, the commander of the 512th Airlift Wing.
